Frequently asked questions
- Where is the data stored?
- On servers in the European Union (Frankfurt). Each organisation sees only its own records; isolation is enforced at the database level.
- Do you store medical results?
- No. For a medical examination we store only the date and its validity — never results, diagnoses or reasons.
- Are the suggested intervals legally binding?
- No. The catalogue intervals are suggestions with a cited source and you can edit them. Verify them with your occupational safety professional.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- Your data stays. The account becomes read-only — you can still export your records and the matrix.
- How long does setup take?
- About ten minutes: import employees, pick obligations, add the responsible person's email.
